Point Roberts Marina Resort is located in Point Roberts Island which borders Canada in Seattle, USA. It was the first time that Chinese marina builder provided refurbishment works for America client such as design, supply, construction and installation. When the America clients.

The original system was a concrete pontoon system that has been in operation for 38 years, and its overall performance could not meet the operation requirements. The engineering design teams of both parties had made many on-site investigations and consultations, and the project difficulties are as follows: 

(1) Retaining the original fixed wooden stakes, the shape of the original pontoon cannot be changed, and the design of wooden stakes in some positions of the original pontoon was in conflict with our products; 

(2) The light transmittance of the deck of the pontoon must reach 70%, and environmental protection materials had to be applied for that;

 (3) The design documents must be approved by local government and local qualified engineers. Many times of design calculations, at the same time, the local installation team was hired to cooperate with our engineers to complete the project, so the installation works of the pontoon was successfully completed in 40 days
