3. The first public yacht marina in Guangzhou, serving for the public.
Guangzhou Changzhou Island yacht wharf has been completed in two phases. The wharf adopts aluminum alloy structure and is fixed by positioning piles. Phase I was completed in 2014, with a total of 26 berths, becoming the training base for Guangzhou Dragon Boat Team. The second phase was completed in 2021. As a yacht public service base, it is the first public yacht wharf in Guangzhou. The second phase has 32 yacht berths with a length of 10m~21m.
It is of great significance for Changzhou Island to build a "slow island in the central city of Guangzhou", build a yacht industry and water sports industry cluster, and give full play to the social and economic benefits of "one river, two banks, three belts".
