Discovery Bay Marina Refurbishment Works, the first concrete pontoon system was approved by Hong Kong Building Department since the opening of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. A total of 148 berths are built which can accommodate yachts from 33 feet to 330 fee (10 meters to 100 meters). The whole project including design, production, construction, installation and maintenance were running based on Hong Kong Building Codes and BS Standards.

Adhering to the design concept of “Improving utilization rate of waters”, we achieved 90% utilization rate of waters compared with previous 70%. This project has been praised “Paradise in the downtown area” by the Hong Kong media, and has been presented on “Marina World”, a global professional marina magazine.
