Located in Chongming Island, Shanghai, Qidong floating dock construction was an important part of Greenland Group's Long Island Development Project, which integrated leisure, entertainment, business and residence. The project covered large sports park, equestrian centers, yacht docks, artificial beach, club, SPA, five-star hotel, international schools etc, all about forty amenity facilities.
In this project, the aluminum alloy floating dock system was adopted, and the floating pontoons were anchored by the fixed way of sliding rail along the shore. The project had been completed and fully operated since May 30, 2016.
