Singapore Aluminum Pontoon Project Progress
This project belongs to a functional terminal of the Singapore Marine Police Administration, which carries the docking requirements of ships such as police officers and work boats. Unlike the general yacht wharf, vessels of the project are heavy vessels, so the Singapore official adviser asked us to choose a more powerful frame aluminum alloy truss structure. For the floating boxes, although we use the same high-density materials HDPE, filled with expanded polystyrene not less than 32kg/m³, the decking is to use concrete decking with longer-life and greater impact resistance, which are in our high standards of pontoon products in the further requirements for our production meeting a lot of challenge.

Singapore Police Coast Guard Pier Aluminum Pontoon Project Phase A - Harbor Completion Acceptance Transfer
Singapore Police Coast Guard Pier Project was being divided into three phases, A, B, and C. After one month, our company has completed phase A of the harbor project, and passed the acceptance & delivery on 30 March 2017. The owner had transferred the vessels from harbor phase B to A. The following works would be to carry out the installation works at Phase B.

Construction Progress of Part B Singapore Police Coast Guard Pier Project -Aluminum Pontoon
After completion of Phase A of the Singapore Police Coast Guard Pier project and a formal handover, the vessels that were originally in Phase B were being transferred and docked in the Phase A harbor.
On 30 April 2017, our construction workers were onsite to perform the piling and installation works. Onsite pontoon assembly, launching the bridge in water, installation of oil and other equipment, such as machinery and pipeline work, & other works were in progress and orderly being carried out.

Handover the Overall Completion Acceptance of Singapore Police Coast Guard Pier Project - Aluminum Pontoon
After three months of intense installation work, and we finally completed the project part of the final C Pier construction work, and completed the overall acceptance of the project, and official transfer to use. The following are photos of A, B, and C.
